125z Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the 125z platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out below. These terms apply to all users in Malaysia.
Effective Date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 125z platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 125z as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
The 125z platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally entitled to enter into this agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to register one account only on the 125z platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. 125z reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided. Failure to supply the required verification documents may result in account suspension or closure.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential and your account secure. All activity that occurs through your account — whether authorised or not — is your responsibility. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Attempting to hack, modify, or interfere with the platform's functionality
- Sharing or transferring an account to another party
- Using bots, automated software, or any other means to manipulate game outcomes
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
Payments, Deposits & Financial Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 125z platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We offer several approved deposit methods for Malaysian users, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local online banking. Successful deposits are credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method and account type. Current limit details will be displayed during the deposit process. 125z reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.
To withdraw funds, users must have completed the full identity verification process. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the stipulated business hours. 125z reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review purposes or investigation of suspicious activity.
Any attempt to reverse transactions, commit fraud, or abuse the payment system will result in action being taken, including account freezing and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
125z Liability Limits
The 125z platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. 125z shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including the loss of betting funds due to technical disruptions, internet connectivity issues, or system failures.
125z's maximum total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the date the claim arose.
Account Suspension and Closure
125z reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any user account at any time and at our sole discretion, particularly under the following circumstances:
- User has violated any provision of these terms and conditions
- Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious behaviour has been detected
- User provided false information during registration or identity verification
- User has registered multiple accounts
- At the user's own request for voluntary account closure
For account closures resulting from a breach of terms, any funds remaining in the account may be frozen while an investigation is carried out. If no evidence of fraud is found, the legitimate balance will be returned to the user via an appropriate method.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
Intellectual Property
All content on the 125z platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software compilations — is the property of 125z or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 125z.
Links to Third-Party Sites
The 125z platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 125z does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party website. Use of third-party sites is at the user's own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those sites.
Changes to Terms
125z reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via an in-platform notice or email. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically for any updates.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the procedures prescribed under applicable Malaysian legislation.
